Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your skincare products, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Return and Refund
- Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
- Used products are not eligible for a return or refund for hygiene and safety reasons.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and refunds.
2. How to Return an Item
- Contact our customer service team at info@komalaesthetics.com, 503-476-1348, within 30 days of receiving your order. You can also stop by our office for returns.
- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
- Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed with your return.
- Please ensure that the product(s) are securely packaged when returning.
3. Refund Process
- Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect the condition of the product(s).
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 3 business days of receiving the return.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately upon receipt of your order.
- We will provide you with a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference.
- For damaged or defective items, we will cover return shipping costs.
5. Non-Returnable Items The following products are not eligible for return or refund:
- Skincare products that have been opened or used.
- We will make every effort to get you a substitute Skincare if you are not satisfied with the Skincare you purchased.
- Sale or clearance items.
